Who we are

AI Bobot ("we," "us," "our") is a San Diego, California consultancy that builds websites, lead generation systems, AI automation and custom workflows for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aibobot.com, contact us, or book a call, and how we use it. Questions can go to bo@aibobot.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you email us or book a strategy call, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your business and project.
  • Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which is embedded on our site. Cal.com collects the details you enter in the booking form and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Your use of the booking tool is also covered by Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data style analytics on this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and prepare for and hold the calls you book.
  • To send proposals, project updates and other communication you have asked for.
  • To deliver services under an agreement with you or your business.
  • To protect the site against abuse and to meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, hosting, email and scheduling tools), only as needed for them to provide that service, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project information for as long as we have an active conversation or working relationship with you, and afterward only as long as reasonably needed for records, legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights, including California residents

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. To make a request, email bo@aibobot.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we use reputable providers with their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as passwords or financial account numbers by email.

Links to other sites

Our site links to client websites and third-party services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
